New for 2016, the LGM championship will have a world class, clerk of the course at each round in Mr Nigel Edwards, Britain’s most experienced clerk has agreed to cover all of the LGM rounds next year to help with the consistency. Nigel, who is also the Trent Valley Kart Club chairman, was the person responsible in bringing the CIK drop nose early to UK event and looking forward to increasing it’s use next year to help in the ‘non’ contact of the spot
Round 4 Date Change
Round 4 of the 2016 LGM series has changed to the 24th July. Due to a clash of dates and an approach from Shenington Kart Racing Club, the West of Scotland Kart Club have worked with the LGM organisers in an effort to avoid the conflict. The best way forward is for WSKC to host an additional club race meeting on the 24th July and for the LGM series to move to this date. This avoids the date clash with the MSA E Plate National Championship scheduled to run at SKC on the 16/17th. WSKC and LGM organisers regret this late change and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
